Senior activities and activity-director forms

Printable material for activity programs in skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, adult day programs, and senior centers. There are three kinds of product here.

Group programs. Scripted activities a staff member can run without performance training: improv-style games, storytelling circles, conversation and debate cards, a trivia game show, and a 45-minute reminiscence program. The scripts include language for the moments when a room goes quiet.
